The dealership was delighted to learn that shortly after helping a customer lease a new 2011 Ford Escape, his daughter was so impressed with the way her father was treated at the dealership that she too came calling to purchase a Ford Escape.

I was so impressed with the service and the deal he received that we drove to Harris so I could check out a deal for myself. I AM SO IMPRESSED! Brandon Schermer was delightful, no hard sell, very knowledgeable and patient! He answered all my questions completely and waited patiently as I mulled over the deal. They more than met my budget which was ridiculously tight and never made it seem as though I was putting them out as some sales people do!! I whole heartedly recommend Brandon and Harris Ford if you are looking for a new or used car! I love love love my new 2012 Ford Escape!"
Harris Ford created a public review/rating site for reasons just like this. They care what their customers think of their service, and they also want to know if there is anything they can do better.
